Nigeria has a very rich culture and part of this culture is the food. However, poor nutrition whether in malnutrition or obesity are problematic in Nigeria. These issues affect morbidity and mortality and may lead to the progression of other disease.

The Dike Foundation will work towards utilizing Nigeria’s rich food sources to end poor nutrition in Nigeria by doing the following, but not limited to:

• Addressing food safety and regulation

• Addressing food insecurities
